Your life…….

Are you a young person struggling with anxiety and feeling overwhelmed?

Do you suffer with depression, low mood, bereavement, confusion about who you are, self-harm or suicidal thoughts?

You may be struggling to cope with your feelings, worrying about exams, feeling socially anxious, or are concerned about other people that are close to you. I’m able to help you find ways to cope with these feelings, to make changes in your life and build resilience for the future.

Perhaps you’re a parent or guardian of a young person who is concerned that they are experiencing some of the above, looking for help for them to explore ways to navigate and change the challenges they are facing.

How can Safe Space Therapy help…….?

Safe Space Therapy is a Horsham based counselling service for children, teenagers and young adults provided by BACP Accredited counsellor Fay Revell. Fay will help you to make changes in your life to improve your mental health and gain the tools for a brighter future.

I am passionate about working with young people and helping them to overcome the difficulties they are having with everyday life. This will  enable them to enjoy these precious years without the responsibilities that come with adulthood.

I have specialist BACP approved training for counselling young people and ten years experience working in schools and colleges.

I have helped many young people with a range of issues and difficulties including anxiety, depression, low mood, bereavement, self-harm, suicidal thought, gender identity and relationships, both within and outside the family.

People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying,  ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner.’ I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.” Carl Rogers
